Yu is a postdoctoral researcher in our group since her successful thesis defence in December 2022. She first joined our group in October 2018 as a DPhil student and worked on advanced nanomanufacturig to fabricate nano-scale devices. She obtained her Master degree in Materials from Imperial College London and carried out a thesis project on Graphene Field Effect Transistors as Biosensors. She also conducted her undergraduate project on Preparation and Characterisation of Metallic Phase Change Materials in the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Yu is quite keen on listening to music and travelling around the world.
