Yi has joined our team as a DPhil student in October 2021, focusing on novel photonics for neuromorphic computing. She obtained her Bachelor's in Xi'an Jiaotong University, and she has worked on simulating the phase-change process of phase change materials under the mentorship of Prof. Wei Zhang. Besides research, she also enjoys hiking and travelling.
