Sharon joined the team in February 2024 as DPhil student. She holds a BS in Physics from the University of California, Davis, and earned a MS in Materials Engineering from San Jose State University in collaboration with IBM. Her expertise spans topological insulator nanowires, MOS gas sensors for IoT integration, CMP process engineering, and contributions to the StarClose SE Vascular Closure System with Abbott Laboratories. Outside academia, she enjoys painting, running/hiking, tennis, and hanging out with her dog.
