Bowei Dong

Bowei joined the group in Dec 2021 to study photonic neuromorphic computing. He received his PhD degree in Integrative Sciences and Engineering from the National University of Singapore with research on integrated mid-infrared photonics (08/2015 – 08/2019) and then worked as a research fellow there (08/2019 – 12/2021). He has worked on waveguide sensors, AlN photonics, low-dimensional materials integrated photonics, and triboelectric-photonic integration. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and reading the news.
