Mengyun Wang

Mengyun joined the group in October 2020. She received her Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering from Tohoku University with research on the development of light-addressable gas sensors based on metal oxides and field-effect structures (04/2017 – 03/2020) and then worked there as an assistant professor (04/2020 – 10/2020). She has also worked on the development of thermally drawn fibers and the exploration of their applications in electrochemical sensing. In her spare time, she likes reading, painting, and traveling.
